Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ strawberries
Exercise: 10 minutes jump rope, 10 minutes jumping jacks
Lunch: Bagel w/ smoked salmon and veggie cream cheese
Snack: Fiber One bar
Dinner: Chicken sausage wrap w/ Brussel sprouts
Snack: Wheat thins and one of those cake snack things you left me. Couldn’t resist <<;

Definitely gotta get some different fruit in there sooner or later. >3> I can see you getting burned out on the clementines. And the smoothies. If only you didn’t like your eggs made the painstaking long way~ (Or fake eggs at that, even if they are without the fat.) You could make those easy egg mugs in the morning. c: You’re doing all the right things, but how’s your tummy handling it? Haha. <3

Yeeah. Went to the store yesterday and they were all out of grapes and bananas. Had to settle for some apples. And the reason I had smoothies twice was cause I kiiiinda made too much so I basically drank from it once an hour for like 5 hours lol.
Ill probably make those egg mugs next week. And my eggs dont actually take too long on the gas stove which makes me kinda happy :3
And Im actually already feeling fairly full after eating. I was surprised how fast I got full while eating those ribs last night. =D

Keep it up~! Next thing is to get you to eat slower, and train your body to absolutely stop when it’s full. (No more cleaning your plate no matter what) Then portion control will be second nature, and it won’t matter what you order at places ’cause you’ll start taking the rest home c:

I would let one fried oreo slide, but you also had a slice of pizza. (Though I am proud of the one slice =T
Remember this is a diet! You can be a little bad after the weight is lost and you’ve trained your body into better eating habits. *bonk*

Gah Im sooorry! =x I was gonna have ribs but Max ate all the leftovers. But thats still no excuse. Ill be a good boy from now on.
